Lets talk about Micro transactions

So this is not one of those post that is going to say all micro transactions are bad as I get why jump potions are a thing especially when you have friend new to the game that wants to jump right in with content your doing.

But what I don't understand is why the hell do we need jump potions for retainers, that's starting to look a little pay to win to me. What will be next jump potions for anima weapons? jump potion for squadrons or how about a jump potion so you don't even need to click start on the title screen.

Do you think it ok for se to keep making content skip items for all game content or would you of preferred the "Yes I got my Large house because there are enough wards for everyone" Potion XD

Seriously I'm wondering if crafter and gathering skips are in our future. And for the record I did do a Story Skip for one of my alts to get her to SB. She was a 50 whm and I didn't want to do story again for the 6th time.

Would a crafter jump potion even be a big deal? From what I can tell, many people seem to level their crafters by buying HQ items and handing them in to leves anyway.

Or the levequest packages people sell.

The only way I've leveled my crafters is through the beast tribe quests. Though, I do only have one of them at 60 right now...and have procrastinated on leveling the others...

I think that if people are willing to pay to not play the game, then let them. It means more money towards content for those of us who do play.

Hah! I didn't realize they now added retainer potions as well. The thing that mainly irks me about this is that when you switch retainer jobs, you have to start back at level 1. Seems a bit like they're milking a bad system.

Retainers should not lose previously obtained levels, no matter how often you switch. And if they're concerned about people taking advantage of job changes - set a cap on it. Once per week? Once per month? Whatever floats their boat.
