These threads make me reminisce of my ffxi days that will probably never happen again due to todays attention span and instant gratification. I guess part of that is a decline in free time among the older mmorpg gamers. Do I have to adult... Pls don't make me adult today.

The game is designed in a specific way, they encourage people to stop playing once they finish content. They will never design content that will allow players to ever be more powerful than others, with the exception of savage and now the new bahamut trial. Its sad the only content we have are Relic grinds that seem to keep getting delayed each expansion. Im sure for 5.0 relic won't start until 5.3 at this point.

But yea don't ever expect anything to change, not for a long time if at all :/
