Housing NPC placement.

Hi everyone,

I saw a lot of post where people making a bar or restaurant where they put their NPC behind the counter the half-partition. But these partition is as tall as most NPC housing when I try it, yet in picture people have it only a little above the waist line. Is there a trick to this? I tried to put the NPC on some kind of surface but it does't work.

It could just be the angle of the picture making the npc look much taller. There's no way to put those npcs up higher at this point.

If you use actual counters all npcs except lalafels should be perfectly fine...

You need to use a race/gender combination that is taller than the half partition such as Roe/Elezen/Male Au Ra, and possibly male highlander. Most of the other gender/race combos are too short for the half partition-bar combo.

But yeah, it looks like I need to use a tall NPCs.
