Doubtful. Yoshi promised to look into the housing issue and let us know what they decide to do but he also implied we wouldn't hear anything before they start releasing details for 4.2. He also never said there would be an overhaul or new wards in 4.2, thats pure player speculation. Personally, I think new wards is likely because there isn't much work to that but doing any kind of overhaul or additional systems for housing would take longer than 3-4 months; it would be more likely to see a proposal in 4.2 and a fix in 4.3/4.4.
