Can't select other alliance members

Hi I got a quick question for everyone, but a little backstory. I play on PS4 so I use a controller and for anyone who doesn't know controller people select things using the d pad ( up/down for party, left/right for everything else). I've also recently started playing healer in 24 man raids and I ran into the problem the other night of alliance A asking if some could raise a healer. Thankfully someone else did it, but what if they didn't. I have no way of being able to reliability select another alliances healer and if there is one can someone pls let me know, thanks.

IIRC it's L1+Dpad Left or Right to select alliance members.

You can tap the touch pad to highlight the alliance lists and the dpad will then cycle those party members depending which alliance box is selected.

Or of it is the healer asking for a raise you can Tap the dpad to the chat box press up to there name and press square and target them that way.

You can use wireless keyboard and mouse with the controller, which is what I do, and its useful for all the little things the controller sucks at, like mousing and typing

ya i have a cheap keyboard plugged into my ps4 for typing, just too used to controller to want to go full keyboard/mouse set up
