Not necessarily directed at you, as it's a common theme to lump Elezen, Highlander and Roe

No see, i'm fine with Elezen having the body type they have now...but adding more body types could make the race more appealing for people who don't love the broad shoulder/smaller head look but still want to enjoy the race. I don't understand why people here think it would ruin the race and not make them unique/Elezen like to maybe have an option with more hips/butt/thighs so that the shoulders don't look so broad.

Like I said before, this isn't directed at just Elezen. I'd like to see Muscular taller women Miqo'te, Smaller bottom heavy Roe women as an example. I just don't agree that giving body types/more options would ruin the races since it seems unlikely that every single character in the game should have the same body type (I'm sure some rich Ishgardians exist who are fat and just sit on their ass eating and being wealthy)

Ultimately this strikes to the heart of the question of "what is Elezen?" and the answer isn't Hyur with elf ears.

The race has a defined, recognisable body type which if drastically altered, purely for aesthetics, would detract from the race as a whole. Making a more rounded Elezen is a nice thought, but why not just make a Midlander?

Hyur sized Lalafells or Hyur shaped Elezens or Hyur proportioned Roe can already, to some degree, be experienced by playing a Hyur.

Until then, a few new faces and revamped unique hairstyles for the ladies would be already more than enough IMO.

Double the faces for all races, maybe remove the ear clasp/earrings as part of customization (cuz we already get visible earrings as gears), add an "athleticism" slider going from ripped to out of shape...

I know that mostly the miqo'te want booties, but if they ever do a rework on the models, I really think that Roegadyn need butts badly. We look like we are about to have an uncontrollable bowel movement and we are clenching our butt for dear life. At least the Miqo'te and the Hyur have some form of curvature of the butt.

Aside from that, I find it odd that we get the muscle sliders and others don't lol.

Yea. I would love some more options. Something like eyebrows for hyur highlander would be nice.

More customization would be a great thing to have, or just unlocking some(not all - not sure if there is anything really other than hair that is specific) the race specific items would be great too. Some things should remain race specific(if there really are any other than hair).

While I do say that, I also would prefer they focus on making more content that extends the story, gives us more side stories(more along the Coil stories, which I haven't even done most of them), and basically anything along those lines. Just more depth, and use of areas that haven't seen anything in YEARS, if ever.

To be frank, I'm tired of how everyone looks like a cookie cutter of their chosen race with different decorations. I'm not implying that proportions should be changed or that there should be limb sliders (I've played enough Aion and Blade & Soul to make me actively NOT want that), but I like the "athleticism" slider Okamimaru suggested.

I want to see chubby characters, or just some sort of body alterations beyond height and breast size. Everyone looking like a barbie doll is boring.

Maybe take a GW2 approach where you get to select from about 8 different body types. They do also incorporate sliders for the head/face, but IIRC, they're all within reason. You can't create the horrors that you see in other games with sliders.

A lot of good ideas. I don't think they should get rid of any of what is already there, aesthetically, just add more options. Like there's no reason to make elezen less stretchy or get rid of dirty-nose cat girl faces. Instead, just make more options for the people that don't love those things. Different cat noses/ears for example. And there is already a wide variety of body types in the different races, but there would be nothing wrong with adding more. I've never played GW2 but the idea about the body types sounds like a solid idea. I realize sliders are a pain in the butt in a game like this, hence why we likely have not seen a butt slider added yet for instance, but if we have to deal in pre-set options, then lets have some more of them. What we have now is good, but it could be a lot better with only a moderate time investment. A good thing for an odd numbered patch, or perhaps 5.0 if nothing else. ^_^

P.S. Also yes to some male highlander eyebrows please. My highlander dude looks ridiculous with his painted on clown-brows.
