Make them super rewarding and/or weekly only. I want to be able to go back and reliably do older content synced and be rewarded appropriately for it. Mentor roulette for coaching 7 green leafs with 10 creation tomestones isn't very enjoyable.

Sadly they prob want do this maybe the normal raid roullete
No. Never.
I'd maybe be okay with a normal raid roulette that only includes omega and alexander normal, but savage and coil is for statics only and require an amount of coordination that cannot be expected from your average pug group.
Honestly don't know why you'd even want to subject yourself to the headache. Seems a bit sadistic, no offense.
I can agree insofar as the Alex and Omega roulette, and potentially expert primals (since Mentor Roulette has them). Expert primals however could be up for further debate as when a mentor gets them in mentor roulette, you better buckle up because you're gonna be in for a heck of a ride (Source: first-hand experience, and that was only Garuda Ex). Savage raids though, and coil, there's a reason they're not included in Mentor Roulette.
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
you talk like you would be forced to do it if they add itNo. Never.

People already leave when they get a extreme primal in mentor duty roulette. No one would q for this unless you could go in with a full party and the rewards were insane.
I could see the story modes for Alex and Omega getting them eventually... but nothing harder than that.
+1 on there being a roulette for the regular 8-person raids. Omega, Alex, and even the NM Coils because it's a pain in the neck to get into one of those without a PF or unsynced.
Even if they awarded 100 Creation daily, it wouldn't be enjoyable to disband after 3 attempts because you're the only person who knows what they're doing in there.
A normal raid roulette would be alright I guess. That way Coils and Alex would see some attendance. Admittedly, a few of the Coils bosses are tough to defeat, but the rest of Coils is easy enough.
Guildmaster of Power With Numbers (PWN) on Coeurl in Aether.
T1: Extremely tough if tanks can't keep mini-ADS adds away from miniboss or keep snakes apart. Otherwise fairly simple.
T2: Do Enrage strat if you don't want to pull your hair out trying to do Allagan Rot. Just trust me on that.
T3: This shouldn't go in the Coil Roulette period. It drops no Tomestones/coffers and you could theoretically do this with 1 tank and 1 healer.
T4: Very easy to rush through. Just make sure to kill rooks ASAP to avoid Pox debuff.
T5: Conflagrations, Fireballs, Twisters, and Dreadknights will make this absolute hell to clear. Divebombs will also be hell if people can't manage to do the cheese correctly.
T6: Easy if you use a macro to tell people to break tethers.
T7: Absolute hell. People will give Melusine a ton of damage stacks or accidentally kill the petrified Renaulds. It's even worse since the Gaze mechanic doesn't automatically happen once the cast time finishes, unlike every Gaze mechanic in 3.0 or later.
T8: Missle Tether, Mines, and Allagan Field have high wipe potential. Towers should be somewhat manageable with macros telling people where to go.
T9: Just forget about attempting this one. The amount of instant death or instant wipe mechanics will make this unbearable.
T10: The mechanics revolved around Heat Lightning can easily wipe a ton of people. Do not recommend.
T11: Barometer+dodging breaths will trip up a lot of people. Attempting to kill Cube/Sphere add at the same time will be hard, due to physical/magical resistance on both. Tethers will be most definitely kill a ton of people with the coordination you need.
T12: Blackfire is easy to mess up accidentally. DPS/Healing check during adds will be very tough. Blue/Red fire will cause a good amount of wipes. Brands can be done painlessly if you let someone that knows how it works to do it. The Fire Fountain has good wipe potential along with the adds targeting people for mini divebombs.
T13: Yeah no. Megaflare will wipe people, Earthshakers will be a mess, balls will wipe people, Diresaur will get buffed by eating tiny dragons, Tornadoes will easily kill DPS, Ahk Morn needs dedicated cooldown rotations.
Overall I'd say that T1, T2, T4, T6, T8, and MAYBE T7 or T12 are somewhat friendly to people entering for the first time. So around 5 or 6/12 Turns, 3 of which from BCoB, would be somewhat clearable with random people assuming most of them are new.
This….is a bad idea for the NA datacenters. You could probably inplement this with JPN datacenters, but definitely not here with NA. People started abandoning after two wipes on patch day (freaking patch day) on Rabanastre. No amount of rewards will keep this savage/expert roulette aiive. Normal 8-man raids are a different story though. I could see that being a thing, though we already have enough roulettes. I would roll these into something else…like expert roulettes. I mean, you do have to know your stuff for these 8-man runs.
