Shinryu Ex needs a nerf

I am now farming shinryu with 33 totems
But the pugs group are very average and i sometimes havent got a single clear in a day
From now most of pug groups fails in 3rd phase which waste 10-15 mins if wipe
But why i am asking a nerf, because in the 3rd phase, if anyone dies , it always fatal to team. Look back to 1st and 2nd phase, the team can still go on if someone dies.
So heres my suggestion, which makes 3rd phase "recoverable"
1. Nerf the autoattack damage by 20-25% - which the tank can survive with only 1 heal for longer time (the group usually collepse when a dps die and heals trying to revive them)
2. Nerf the thunder attack to around 30k damage, which the people can take a hit when thunder drops
3. Nerf the dragon head hp ahout 25% which can be passable by a weakened healer

To devs / concludion:
Pugs are humans, not superheros, we have life to duel with . We dont want to waste 15mins on a wipe, make the 3rd phase easier to let us farm this thing with less stress.

That is a terrible reason for a nerf. If you really want to farm it easier then wait for 5.0 when you can unsync it.

I downed this fight with a pug. You just had bad players in your groups.

It's supposed to be kinda difficult. It's supposed to be on par with Thordan when it was relevant. Personally, I think shinryu is easier than Thordan, but still. It's not supposed to be easy... you want an easier time, wait a few patches when people outgear it.

If you offwork at 6-7AM EST and you got only got 2-3 hours online time in work day.

Here we go, "this game does not conform to MY schedule. CHANGE IT!" /sigh

I would rather they address the horrible drop rate of mounts or lower that token number by half at least. I didn't even get the bird in HW because I am done farming 99 tokens all the while hoping and praying for that elusive mount to drop.

I can deal with fail pts, I get a new one and move on, I cannot deal with that horrible rng, so I just don't do it.

Shinryu is not meant to be farmable by pugs. That's BY DESIGN.
Either get a static group or just accept it that you'll farm other stuff, but not Shinryu.

While there's nothing wrong with being a casual, you can't expect to be able to FARM every content the game has. Some of it was designed for a different crowd.
