    Chat System question

    So what is the reach of "/shout"?

    Some say its just the map/zone your in.

    Problem is..I've seen shouts from Ruby Sea while at the Lochs.

    Granted..the party leader was making the shout from there....and it was for hunts.

    Anyone got an authoritative answer for this?

    "area" is the official game term for what we commonly call a zone. Are you certain the messages you saw were shouts? If so, it would be helpful to take a screenshot and file a bug report in the In-Game Bugs subforum.
