The Limsa one is especially terrible. It's /only/ useful when there's a holiday event going on in that plaza.

No city with a marketboard/vendor shops/grand company is useless in the slightest.

It's more preference which one you want to hang out in.

Idyllshire and Mor Dhona on the other hand, no reason at all to go there without a quest or an abundance of poetics.
