Regardless if you paid or not, to get a character on Balmung circa HW you needed to rush the creation screen in ~20 seconds. I think its fair that we're are included in the "punishment" talk because it was pretty obvious characters weren't meant to be created..and this is coming from someone who made 6 characters through camping out various maintenances lol
