Revert Esuna to being built into the core Job skills. If you want to give SCH the skill at a level lower than 40 - as you rightly should - implement a lower level trait/skill that's locked behind the level 30 quest. If healers can avoid taking it, they will, and people will die, if not to Doom, then to some of the ridiculously painful dots we need to deal with.

Crafting log: We currently have "Search for Item by Crafting Method". I would like to add "Search for Item by Gathering Method". The functionality already exists in the Custom Deliveries window for the BTN/MIN items - add it to the crafting log so you can see where the mats you need can be collected. Either mark base mats with a flag so the option will only show for them, or, push comes to shove, follow the way "Search by Crafting Method" is implemented today - if the item you're looking for doesn't exist, just show a blank screen in the Log.

YES, please Esuna is such a vital skill, all jobs should be taking it. And if there is a skill that all jobs should always have on hand, this should not be grouped into the "role skills".

Speaking of Healer role options - Protect should probably go away as well or tweak it somehow so that it's an active skill (maybe more like the old Stoneskin?). I know the skill is a FF staple, but there is very little reason why healers should have a "use it and forget it" role skill. In most cases, it is cast once, and then not thought of again.
