Known Issue After Patch 4.11 (Oct. 25): Follow-up

We have an update regarding the issue wherein the HUD may switch back to default layout when logging in after patch 4.11. Investigation has confirmed the following:

    [Cause and Affected Areas]

■If a player has at least one layout slot number that has never been selected before in their HUD Layout Mode, logging in after patch 4.11 causes certain settings saved on the client side to become initialized.

*For details on the affected settings, please see the [Affected Settings] section.

While we are continuing to address the issue, if you have already been affected and your settings initialized, it is unfortunately not possible for us to restore that data because the data was saved on the client. If your settings have been initialized, we can only ask that you make your settings again. We greatly apologize for this inconvenience.

As a note, to those who meet the above conditions logging in to the game for the first time after the implementation of Patch 4.11, this issue occurs only once, so there is no danger of settings becoming initialized again multiple times. In addition, because this issue affects only data saved on the client, it does not affect character data saved on the servers.
