I have 843 commendations. Upon hitting 500 (during ARR) I received my gilded magitek armor mount.

I take breaks during play (sometimes longer than others) and at some point between HW and Stormblood, the mount seems to have disappeared.

I noticed it was never coming up during my mount roulette and attributed it to luck but after seeing all others many times I figured since its just a "variant" perhaps it wasnt part of the random selection of mounts.

I opened my mount guide and its not even in there!?

Now I had it at one time, and obviously irrespective of that I qualify with over 800 commendations.

I contacted customer support which instead of solving it for me, pointed me here. Unsure what good that does even though it is a bug - id like my mount to be put back.
