its like trying ti simulate a chemical reaction on a pc and passing it off as tried and tested research. When you need physical evidence.
What relevance does party chat have? Most pugs either go over the basics or meme. You don't need to see that to understand what caused deaths and when they occurred. If people do become toxic, it'll still show their mistakes.

group content= group fault. Everyone is responsible during each fight, 1 person doesn't make or break it takes everyone for it to snowball.
If a healer miss times their heal during Saber Dance, a room wide AoE, and DPS die as a result. How exactly is it their fault? You also presume Hyomin's group didn't attempt to coach their healer a little but five weeks is already pushing patience. Quite frankly, I'd have left if something wasn't done because at the end of the day, I'm looking to clear content not spend weeks wiping to the same thing with little progression. What JP players do is irrelevance. They are far more willing to carry, which is great for them. That mentality just doesn't work for NA/EU.
