i play a lot of content, and all i see is stuff snowball. I also ran a lot of content on jp server. Who play with a different mindset/playstyle rather then 1 person called out, the group is questioned, and they discuss what everyone could do better.

if the healer was having issues, where was the other healer? what was the other people in the group doing/not doing? why did you feel the need to replace rather then assist them at becoming better? also you replaced a healer, but look dps is now an issue, why? see it isn't just 1 person. You leaving a lot of context out.
group content= group fault. Everyone is responsible during each fight, 1 person doesn't make or break it takes everyone for it to snowball.

Where was our other healer? Trying to solo heal--and considering they were a SCH, not the best choice when it comes to solo-healing V3S. As for the rDPS, we were hitting 1% enrage--not enough to say the 4 DPS were holding back the entire group. Cleaned up a few mechanics (mainly the Iron Giant/Ninja and after) and we cleared.

It is entirely false to assume that one person and one person alone cannot be the reason a group cannot clear. Tank fails to use CDs, dies to every tankbuster, and boss runs around destroying the rest of the group? The tank is at fault for not properly utilizing their kit. The DPS would not have been killed by the boss if the tank had not died due to poor mitigation. Healer not keeping up with healing demands, and half the raid dies to unavoidable AOE damage due to not being topped off? Again, how is that the group's fault?

Do you do Savage content? If not, then why are you trying to speak on behalf of Savage Raiders? Or trying to discuss how hard a piece of content is, or who is and isn't at fault when you don't do the content? I may have tuned out for a bit of this thread, but the original discussion was about using built-in parsers in content where they actually matter (Ultimate, Savage, and Ex trials). If you don't do any of that content, why do you care if parsers are used in them or not?

You talk about the "pro-parser" crowd being the toxic ones, but you aren't being any better by making sweeping generalizations about them.

While this certainly can be the case at times, you can't just make a blanket statement like this. It simply isn't how it is every time. If everyone is executing their job properly except one guy who keeps eating aoe's, too slow to adjusting, etc, that's entirely his/her fault. You are correct to say that it has a snowball effect however, but it is due to the player(s) that keep messing up.

Everyone has their role in a group. If a person can't meet their role, they get replaced. That's how it is with anything in life, be it ingame or otherwise.

its like trying ti simulate a chemical reaction on a pc and passing it off as tried and tested research. When you need physical evidence.
What relevance does party chat have? Most pugs either go over the basics or meme. You don't need to see that to understand what caused deaths and when they occurred. If people do become toxic, it'll still show their mistakes.

If a healer miss times their heal during Saber Dance, a room wide AoE, and DPS die as a result. How exactly is it their fault? You also presume Hyomin's group didn't attempt to coach their healer a little but five weeks is already pushing patience. Quite frankly, I'd have left if something wasn't done because at the end of the day, I'm looking to clear content not spend weeks wiping to the same thing with little progression. What JP players do is irrelevance. They are far more willing to carry, which is great for them. That mentality just doesn't work for NA/EU.
