I think the real question here is why are you queueing in the Duty Finder. If your standards are so high then why don't you have a full static. You are setting yourself up for failure dude. I mention FF11 because we HAD a full static. Everyone knew what to do and there wasn't a problem.

I don't think my standards are very high at all honestly. Its funny how in this thread any person who is in favor of parsers is painted as some kind of psycho elitist. That is so, so not me.


Despite not finding myself in need of kicking tons of people (I hardly venture past extremes these days, irl things prohibit me from keeping to a raid schedule) I still defend groups and players who may feel the need to kick someone for poor DPS. As someone who believes in kicking a weaker player (hopefully with some advice on how they can improve) in the best interest of the group as a whole I almost have to be in favor of parsing - how else can you know if someone specific is holding you back?

I'm sorry, keeping a bunch of other people from clearing content for the sake of being nice to one person is stupid and rude to the other party members. Do I hope it is done tactfully and with as much courtesy as is possible? Of course, but sometimes it needs to happen.

I think the real question is why do you think it's okay to waste a bunch of player's time just to try to carry one underperformer?
