Your solution that involves separating the groups would only hurt queue times for the sake of a nitch-within-a-nitch demographic in a game blatantly designed for a casual audience/high turnover of players. While you do seem to try to mitigate this with a flow valve of "Okay fine put me in a non-parser party if it takes too long", that flow valve is one-way and only helps people in that precise situation. Anyone who doesn't want a non-parser party no matter what will be waiting a looooong time just so they can have their parser, and it will increase the queue times for non-parser players who aren't willing to have "parser and non-parser parties" both turned on.
