While I personally do not think parsers would negatively affect the game (only people who would be assholes with the tool would already be assholes with anything else possible) I've debated the topic to death and back.

People are too entrenched for either pro parser or anti parser to budge OP. Best I can say is try to assume the best in the people responding to your topic; I do understand how frustrating it can be though.
