I personally dont look at XIV as Beta. When it comes to MMOs, there is always changes going on. Just look at a finished game like WoW, each expansion or content patch usually gets released with loads of bugs etc even after 2-3 months of PTR/Beta testing.

Patches released in XIV seems to be very smooth and very bugfree ^^ I see 2.0 as an expansion
