Falcon Mount

I have not received a Falcon Mount. I believe they were all to have been distributed by now? Current 'Days Subscribed' shows 1620 days. Subscription method is 'Recurring'. Billing cycle is 180 days and shows next estimated date of billing as Apr of next year.
The Falcon Mount does not show up in the list of additional items on the account page.

That means you must have recently just paid at some point in October to have a next billing date in April.

Sounds like you received free game time. Either you took advantage of the free 15 days if you levelled a character to 30 on Omega/Louisoix or you added a different platform to your account and got 30 days free from that.

Whichever it was it pushed your billing date from September to October, so you didn't have a total of 90 paid days in the campaign period, hence ineligible.

I can't see your billing information/history though, but that was the main reason people who thought they were eligible weren't.
