Cannot see or move Duty Action Icon in HUD Layout.

After tinkering with my HUD Layout I managed to restore some of my bars, however, I am still missing my Duty Action icon. I cannot access it to move it to a better area than it's default location. I can still see it in it's default position when I am in a trial that requires it, however, I still cannot move it from it's awful shortsighted default position. Once again, this all happened directly after Patch 4.1. The patch broke my HUD layout and who knows what else. Attempts to get help in-game have been fruitless. Your bug reporting is also useless. The people handling my bug report apparently ignored it completely.

Steps:
1. I logged into Game.
2. HUD Layout was broken, and I couldn't see many of my bars, and Duty Action was missing from my HUD layout options.
3. I tried everything to fix it, it is still broken.
4. Contacted In-game Bug report system, discovered it was useless as I waited weeks and still have not been contacted about this, and the issue has not been addressed after 4.11.
5.Sent a message to a GM demanding a response. GM spoke for a minute, but bailed on me stating that I was in a duty and they would not address my issue at that time.
6. Now I am here, trying to get help from a silent dev team.

In HUD change filter from "All" to "Duty". It's the only way to see Duty Action and Duty Gauge right now =(
