Yea, that's a great idea, let's just nix whatever isn't popular. I'm sure that will keep subs longer than a month. Let's not bother including content people might at least try. Oh no, that'd be giving players a chance and devs ideas for new content, we can't have that.

Maybe we can even go the hyperbole route and say that anything less than 40% used should be nixed right here and now. Like let's say, all those side quests that don't unlock anything, or Coerthas, or Mor Dhona for instance. Those aren't used anymore. Let's throw that away. We can go ahead and throw away all of Ishgard too, and just skip Heavensward.
