Deltascape savage v1s issue

Recently just beat savage v1s for the 1st time ever with a 1 friend rest we’re a pug I honestly don’t know how the chest thing work atm so didn’t care about loot I was in cs when we won the fight after word just leaving the area but after leaving I checked my inventory and noticed I did not receive my data log v1 item which everyone should get weekly unless you have already beaten it for that week but on duty finder it’s checked off as completed and reward given but I never received anything and Incase people 1st thought is did I have room in my inventory yes I did plenty of it so I know it’s not a big deal to some elitist but to me it is I honestly put a lot of work into learning this fight pattern and such just to feel ripped off what do I do?

Please take a breath, and use some punctuation.

Double-check your inventory. If you don't see it, I'd check the Omega parts exchange vendor in Rhalgr's Reach; in the list of gear you can exchange for, you can look over to the right at the datalog currency that you need for the accessories (in your case, a V1 Datalog) and it'll tell you how many you have in your inventory, if any at all.

Otherwise, I would contact a GM.

Sorry about the punctuation I was in a hurry with this. And I did all what you just mentioned and even tried contacting a Gm thur email. And all I got was a ticket # and told to post here on this forum.

was your inventory full? usually if something is an inventory drop and your bag is full you will not be able to receive anything.

Had you entered the second floor before going into the first to clear? If so, you forfeited all first floor loot when you entered the instance for O2S.
