    Unexpected Error crash to desktop when logging into main character

    I just completed the Sirensong Sea dungeon as part of the Not Without Incident MSQ. When I clicked on the portal to exit the dungeon the game crashed and now the game continues to crash during the loading screen whenever I try to log into that character. Other characters are able to log in just fine.

    When using the DX11 settings:
    Unexpected Error has occurred citing
    ntdll.dll
    d3d1.dll

    When using DX9 settings:
    Unexpected Error has occurred citing
    nvwgf2umx.dll
    ???
    ???

    I have tried a clean install of the newest Nvidia drivers, resetting all game settings to defaults, and using both dx11 and dx9 settings. Also tried switching between full screen, windowed modes. Whatever instance or cut scene is trying to load just isn't working and I need my character relocated. I've been unable to log in for three days now.

    Fixed it today by deleting everything FFXIV and completely reinstalling it. I immediately logged into the Sirensong Sea dungeon exit cut scene and was able to turn in my quest in Kugane.
