Yea I was looking for a better way to modify the chat text but the best I could do was to get ride of most of the combat text just so I could use phalynx on CD. If they don't want to make it that easy to see they would include an animation that would have you physically evade while preforming another action like a block and attack animation or a dodge and jab animation so you could still see the block or dodge action. I think SE wanted you to look at your character to see if you dodge or block or something, but the problem is that if you have an abilites or attack that goes off at the same time or in quick succession or have another animation in progress you lose the block/dodge animations. Combo animations would be a pain to implement it would be just easier for a halo or greyed out system like mentioned here.
