Ok, a quick character search shows that you have all the crafting classes unlocked with levels ranging from 16-32. And it looks like you have the direwolf mount, which would mean you have the Ixali tribe unlocked for beast quests and have gained their trust. So i would use their quests to jumpstart your leveling. And id get a go on CUL first. Catch CUL up to the others, then get it up to level 37 which is where the next set of cross class skills come from. CUL is the only class that gets a really good one at that level(steady hand 2), and after you get that you can switch your focus to another class. CRP has a skill at level 50 that makes it much easier to finish an items quality bar, so you can shoot for that next. After that the best skills come from WVR and ALC(progress and CP management), then GSM and BSM(quality and progress), then the rest. And along the way, keep doing your grand company daily turn ins - those are worth a ton of exp(doing GC turn ins and nothing else is worth 1-3 levels per week per class).

As for finishing HQ items right now, without watching what youre doing its impossible for me to say if youre doing anything wrong or not. The lower level you are and the less CC skills you have, the more RNG is involved in finishing HQ creations. One of the tricks i used to use when i was a single class crafter trying to make it(which luckily you dont have to try to be), was i would start with as many HQ materials as i could get my hands on. Using all HQ mats gives you half the quality bar filled before you even start the product. There was still RNG involved, but less of it.
