You've been dismissed from a number of duties over time according to past threads and posts that you've made. Have you paused to consider that the fault may lie with you rather than other players? Personal experiences may differ, of course, but I've played since 2.0 and the only time I have been kicked from a duty has been due to disconnecting during a storm.

No, it’s not my fault that people are jerks, and will vote dismiss, but it is inevitable that by my third year of playing, I would have run into a lot of similar situations.

I didn't have to go looking, actually. I simply have a decent memory and you post on a fairly regular basis with a recognisable name, avatar and signature. Furthermore almost all of your threads/posts follow a similar theme. Similar things can be said of a number of other posters who frequent this board, myself included.
