In all seriousness, I made this thread so that you can vent your Rabanastre frustrations. I will begin with mine.

I got dismissed from the duty for reading the descriptions on the walls. It was the first time I got access to the area where you are forced to dive, and as an Ivalice fan, it made me so upset. I just want to read my lore in peace. It only takes a minute. I really dislike people sometimes.

No, it isn't. The whole reason they were put there was for first time players to, you know, read them. Unlike cut scenes said players will have no other opportunity to read these lore tidbits. If people are in that much of a hurry just pull. One or two less people won't make a difference.

Because I'm sure that was the intended idea. Regardless, the alliances could have pulled without the OP and been done with it. Kicking them is where it's just a plain dick move.

Place the blame on SE for putting text-only info people would absolutely be curious about on the big long encounterless run, not those who stop and read it. New people might think it's another switch or whatever they have to press.

Stuff that you have to stop and read should have been put in like the airship deal or at the end of the dungeon but nobody deserves to be kicked for simple curiosity.

It is written nowhere that if I wanna enjoy the lore, I must refrain to use party finder. Me rude to you because you have lost ONE MINUTE of your (tentative) speedrun?
