Level 50/60 dungerons really useless for DPS?

Part of the reason leveling pops so fast for 60+ DPSers is because so many people grind out SB dungeons

If only that were the case everywhere. When I did my leveling roulettes for my BLM, I got nothing but the lower(pre-Heavensward) dungeons, with the exception of twice when I got Shisui at level 64, and Castrum at 69(which got me to 4.4k from 70)
