This is a basic feature to expect from the company we bought a product from.

Sol happens to be a Linkshell master which have quite a few members unable to log in due to poor payment systems- Therefore "We" refers to Sol and his Linkshell members. (and not in "a manner that specifically implies he speaks for everyone.")

You should have let your linkshell read that letter before you submitted it "on their behalf." Unless t's a linkshell of one.

Regardless I'm saving a copy of your open letter simply for it's absurdity.

SE's response to that post would be "As we are unable to fill our obligations specified in your open letter, we neglect to inform you that we feel it is best to terminate the contract between our two parties and deactivate your account for the forseeable future."

There is still one argument that your wall of text, as well as any whining wall of text cannot beat: if you don't like the current state of the game, don't pay for it or play it and wait for the problems to be solved.

That was one of the points, yes. I was referring primarily to the rest of the post. As someone stated, that's separate from the dev-side of things. More payment options are also going to be added.

Open letter to Square Enix

Hello,
being a paying customer now brings one major change for us. [...].

i few easy things they can do to make the game better as of now

make SH gear trade-able/meld-able
revise stats on NM gear, add crafts to NM drops(lvl 50 versions maybe)
Adjust rewards to dungeons: make gear trade-able, meld-able, add seal completion rewards, add materia drops to chest.

you may not agree with these things but all these ideas would relaunch old content and make it worth doing again.
