Vanishing harpsichord?

Hello everyone!

I'm having a bit of an issue with the manor harpsichord, and I did not find anything on google to help me solve it.

I have a manor harpsichord tucked away in the corner of my house, yet now if I move a few steps away from it, it completely vanishes and acts as if it is not there at all (Cannot select it.) This happens both in and out of the furnishing placement mode.





If I step close enough (basically in it), it comes back. It never leaves my furnishing list, so it's 'there'... but it just goes poof.





I know it's a "haunting" instrument but I was not aware it was literally haunted! Is it really supposed to do this? I've put it in storage, back in my inventory, placed it elsewhere, logged out, etc and it still does this.

By any chance do you have a lot of 'activatable' items like the harpsichorde, flower pots, music boxes, and the new partitions you can wallpaper in your house? There's a limit to these that has been causing a lot of furnishings to pop in and out lately because of the partitions pushing lots of folks over the limit.

I have quite a bit, actually; it's setting in a 'sushi bar' area where I have several food items out. I did not know that would do that, though!

It is the only one disappearing, but I've got several due to food items.


Okay so I picked up a bunch of the clickable food items and now it stops vanishing! Wow I had no idea about that. I guess I gotta take it easy on the interactables, darn. Thanks for the quick replies! (Although the 'haunted piano' was kinda neat in retrospect, given it's Halloween...)
