2 Hours of shouting and 30 minutes of using search function seems like waiting a century looking for a CNJ in the game. Even I had two partners in two other nations split apart to look for a healer. Even in Japan time it was the evening and still there was no luck. What I realized was the population in size lacked in the available players looking for party at times. Gld 41 will forever be stuck but of course I can do leves or grand company for the time being.

Can't say I blame the new patch just yet but seemingly enough it's now turned into a melee/mana burn party making it frustrating for other jobs to be excluded. I miss having THM and CNJ to be able to heal each other.

I played. There is a comparison of players looking for party now then it was before back in November 2011. You might think it's funny, but it's not. GLD were in demand when a party started before the last patch came in. PUG, GLD, and ARC are nearly useless due to demand of high damage needed to make exp chains.

Seriously. I remember leveling up Thief in XI and everyone kept asking me, "Wow, how are you doing that so fast?, it took me forever to find a party on THF!"

Short answer is: I'm pro-active and start my own groups.
