DK Abyss Armor Question(s)

Couldn't find anything, possibly didn't look hard enough, but I finished the DK questline and received the Abyss armor set, can anyone tell me if it's improvable and if yes it is, can someone tell me who can improve it please?

Thats the level 290 set right? As of now i dont believe that one is upgradable. Being level 70 opens up Tomestones of Verity and Creation, which can be used on lvl 310 and 330 gear. Completing the 4.0 MSQ opens up the quests for the raids with the 320 and 340 gear, and the alliance raid with the other 330 set, and some optional dungeons for more chances at lvl 300 gear(the more recent 4.1 patch quests sent you to a seperate dungeon with lvl 315 gear). The 330 tome gear is currently the only upgradable set. Those tomes are capped weekly(and there are similar weekly loot locks on the 340 and 330 raid sets), but the 310, 320 and dungeon drops are all uncapped so you can use them to upgrade more quickly.

They are open to the idea of improving them in the future, iirc, but as of now ^.
