It is not worth SE's time or money to completely get rid of ClickandBuy - there are some people who would be inconvenienced by this because the method is working for them.

It IS worth SE's time and money to implement a new method for those people who are without a payment method due to ClickandBuy NOT working for them, thereby capturing more consumers.

If ClickandBuy then becomes uncompetitive with the new method such that everyone moves away from ClickandBuy... well then that is ClickandBuy's problem, not SE's. *malicious laughter*

btw, congrats to apple pie for having more classes to r50 than both of the people trolling him combined. i guess his opinion is more valuable than that of just a lowly r9 fsh.

I have a LS buddy that had the same issue with Click and Buy. She lives in Switzerland and Click and Buy wouldn't accept her local form of payment. She ended up creating a new Click and Buy account and used a German-based Bank Credit Card with her Swiss address and was able to get authorized.

So I guess using a card based in a region that Click and Buy acknowledges works?
