Well, you can always listen to the zone themes on your Orchestrion if all you want to listen to is the music. As for mount music, it's had that 'fade low when stationary, loud when moving' effect since version 1.0, so I don't see Soken changing it I'm afraid.

More options are always a good thing however (given Soken did add a 'disable mount music' option in Config after players requested it, it's possible).

Also, this is just me being a smartcat but Squaresoft doesn't exist anymore - it's been Square Enix since 2003.
