Equipping the Yanxian Tekko of Casting and the Nomad's Coat of Casting causes my character's arms to be disconnected.

Date & Time: Sunday, October 22nd 2017, roughly 1:30pm JST
Frequency: Constant if combination of gear is equipped
World name: Tiamat
Character name: Solias Crinfain
Class/Level: Confirmed on both level 67 RDM and 70 SMN
Area and coordinates: Everywhere

Steps:
1. Switced to other gear and then back, still missing arms
2. Switched jobs and back, still missing arms
3. Completely exited the game, still missing when coming back
4. Seawolf Roegadyn male. No idea if any other type of character experiences the issue.
5. I am playing on PS4, but I had two PC players confirm that my character's arms are also disconnected on their screen as well.
