That Sign on our "Scion Adventurer's Jacket"

I got curious about that sign what looks like "Fc" on our Scion Adventurer's Jacket. Maybe a company or something? Because the NPC from Ivalice-Quest wears a shirt with that sign. Maybe someone knows more about it. :3

I just assumed it's the maker's mark for Rowena's House of Splendors given that's where Tataru made it (given it's a bespoke item after all). Also remember just because it looks like a 'FC', Eorzean script deviates from Roman letters quite a bit in style,

Considering that all of the shire gear has that mark as well, I just figured it was a stylized R for "Rowena". The Ironworks gear set has the logo for the Garlond Ironworks on it, so there is a precedent.

So does that mean Rowana makes the wardrobe for the Prima Vista?

I wouldn't put too much stock in the specific outfits that NPCs wear. Most of them just have some sort of player gear that relatively fits what they're going for. A good example would be Magnai, who wields a Titan axe despite having no real way to fight Titan. They probably just chose Shire Gear since it fit the sort of gentlemanly aesthetic they were going for with our fair playmaster. Although if you really want to get fun, the company does have a following in Eorzea, so it's technically possible they managed to commission a piece.

A while ago I thought it might be a Sharlayan thing carried over from the remnants of wardrobes in the Hinterlands. But that's just kind of association, given that the Shire Gear uses the same naming conventions as the Sharlayan Gear from Gubal, so I could be wrong. Probably am there, it's a pitiful amount of evidence.

That reminds me of how the magitek armor mounts you steal in Praetorium have Cid's Ironworks logo on them.

That's because its not a random magitek armor. It's the one we repaired and used in the MSQ quests, which we called Maggie. Well, Biggs and Wedge did. They also painted the logo on it. And the reason it rescues use at the end is because we installed a mammet core, rather then a standard Garland Datacore. And by implication, we made it sentient. Or at least self aware enough to like us, and sacrifice itself for us earlier in the quest line. And then save us at the end.
