For solo it could be awesome, depending on mob lvl.

It's awesome for any mob that has a lower level than you. Every other enemy hits you 90% of the time. And yes my body is double melded and my feet tripple melded. Also got a hq coral necklace. The rest is pretty normal. And why would evasion mean to sacrifice strength? The only places where attack power is replaced with evasion is the necklace and critical attack power in the body.
Monk would be fine for tanking bosses if evasion was working better.
