    It sounds like it'll be amazing for letting you or your group get combos off especially on mobs that do a lot of random moving like... moogles......

    Not really. As soon as the target takes damage the effect ends.

    Yeah I know, but I still think it would be helpful. Of course it would depend on the cooldown and the group setup.
