I'm, with Fist of fire, at 737 Attack, 418 Evasion (253 STR, 318 INT). and i can go to 780 Attack with food.

You must have sipahi body (or an evasion body), Feets with Evasion Materia, and the new neck with Evasion.

I would like to know your Attack / STR / INT with 500 Evasion.

There's no real point to stacking evasion on MNK. I would understand PGL, but MNK is an obvious DD and has no business tanking mobs and being put in any situation where it has to evade.

For solo it could be awesome, depending on mob lvl.

It's awesome for any mob that has a lower level than you. Every other enemy hits you 90% of the time. And yes my body is double melded and my feet tripple melded. Also got a hq coral necklace. The rest is pretty normal. And why would evasion mean to sacrifice strength? The only places where attack power is replaced with evasion is the necklace and critical attack power in the body.
Monk would be fine for tanking bosses if evasion was working better.

But you can also have +7 Attack, Feets +3 (both AF and some INT too on them) giving you an extra 10 Attack and some INT.
