There's literally one outdoor Halloween item in the game and it's a lamppost for $5. One of the main parts of Halloween is decorating the outside of your house and it just seems so off you can't do that here.

They can't add much outdoor holiday event furnishing currently probably because apartments. Those stuck with only apartments would probably get salty as more & more outdoor furnishing is added during holiday events hahaha.
It's not even the salt that would be an issue really. The fact of the matter is that only a small percentage of their player base even has access to lawns int he first place and only a fraction of that is through an FC where housing permissions are shared between the members. There's legitimately no reason for them to develop lawn furnishings extensively when only a portion of their player base will even use it, which is why we only occasionally get a new item from time to time for lawns. Really, giving apartments tiers and allowing them to have a small indoor yard would fix a lot of this, but that's a matter for another day.
Agreed which is why I'm glad we will hopefully not get too much holiday outdoor furnishing for awhile unless they can fix the housing shortage or bring about apartment upgrading. It's not even the salt that would be an issue really. I thought that the stacked pumpkins would be outdoor but.. they're indoor, and tabletop. So I guess there's that!
They could solve this issue by making some furnishings be able to be placed both indoors and outdoors. That pumpkin stack is certainly a great example of a furnishing that could easily qualify as both. It looks at home indoors or outdoors.
I'm already maxed at 20/20 outdoor items on my small plot, as opposed to the 200+ allowed inside. I think that may have a lot to do with it. There's just not as much room.
I was really sad. I thought the stack of pumpkins were for outdoor use and bought some only to realize it's indoor only.![]()
Would have been perfect outside on the lawn, come on SE! ; o ; At least make it so you can place it anywhere; indoors or out!
Although tbh my outdoor items are maxed so I think nerfworthy has a point there. lol. Not as much outdoor space. Still......... I would store some stuff for seasonal things that will only be out for a month or two.

I'd really like to see some of the outdoor decorations they've used go towards housing as well. The lantern on a stick never really got much use from me since it doesn't have enough heft for the slot it uses up. Need some big chunky pumpkins/jack-o-lanterns and such.
I really had hoped the pumpkin tower would be for outside...I was disappointed...![]()
