EZFRD64.dll is apparently related to your game controller and Google searches seem to suggest compatibility issues with that driver and a lot of different games.

Recommend trying to get the latest version of the USB controller driver (if they have a website?) otherwise unfortunately it looks like it's not compatible so you'd need to uninstall it to fix the problem.

Yeah, I simply unplugged the controller and it worked again. Oh well, the controller was for a Steam game anyway, always been a keyboarder with Mmos.

I googled so hard for this and all I found was DX11 problem blablabla....and you are the answer.


A so simple thing fuc...ed me up that hard. I never played FFXIV with a controller but it was my Nintendo Gamecube Controller USB adapter. It was never before when it was connected to the PC.
