The Feast - Playing with friends

Hi im new to PvP and with my friends we are trying to play together.
At first we saw we cant play ranked match 4v4 it sucks but its understandable.
But trying on other thing we still couldnt make it.

Is it possible to play with a premade party of 4 players a feast game? If that is possible, which one? 4v4 custom? 8v8 custom?

    Thanks

Premade 4v4 was abandoned for this season.
Best you can do is 8v8 but you can only do a party of 2.

Custom matches have been possible since 3.4, though it's unranked, and there are no rewards given the nature of it. It's a great way to practice, and you can even chat normally during it. The system works similar to forming an alliance (team 1 + team 2, with an optional spectator team, party leads invite to custom match).

As of 4.1, cross server custom matches are possible as well, so if you have friends on other servers, it's entirely possible to arrange matches with each other. Again, these are unranked, and offer no rewards, but they are a great way to practice, or just have some friendly matches with people you know.

No I don't think this is the case, I believe with custom matches you have to fill up both teams - it's not a "queue" to stick random teams together. Though I've never done a custom match so I don't know.

    That's right!

Now, there IS a revamped Light Party system for the Feast in the works, but aside from announcing it, SE has yet to give any more details on it. If interested, there's also the Aether League, a community-created league for our data center that's getting started up early next month. They formally announced it yesterday. Check out the thread for more info and how to register your team. I hope to see you there!

yesterday I tried with my friends and seemed that 4v4 feats custom match was blocked, maybe we were doing something wrong?
    Well will try again.

If it is possible we count us in on that league!

To set up a custom match locally, you need enough people to form 2 light parties. Form the parties, then one party lead has to invite the other by choosing "Invite to Custom Match" in the submenu. From there, something similar to the Alliance window pops up, and the rest is done from there. All players must be in the area, if I recall (at the very least, both party leaders must be).

Make sure you have the Wolves' Den and the Feast unlocked, via the quest at your GC headquarters.

For a cross server custom match, I believe it's handled through the Party Finder.
