For my wifes account I used Ultimate Pay with pay pal and it didn't show the crysta but I knew the amount of crysta I bought so went ahead and proceeded with subscription even if it showed 0 crysta on top and it actually worked.

Did this when subscription just started so dunno if it's same still or not.
