Not a problem I want to learn but as I said I am really new to this

So you must reduce it by another 10 before activating Manip2, or you will overshoot durab. Hence, I recommend using 1 Patient Touch right after the 3x PBP since you're already under SH II there. After that, activate Manip2. Because of these 2 actions, you will lose another 80 progress from the MaMa phase. But it's the best you can do to help regain your CP pool using Tricks during MaMa phase.
I get this, it because I should not have any wasted ToT during the MaMa phase. While I was testing some crafts in game I ended up with max CP but I was not sure what to spend it on. So if I take my Durab to 30/70 I can use Manip2 so as soon as the Mama Phase is over I am at full durab and (hopefully) full CP.

(6) Try add in Ingen for the second round of Prudent spam. At IQ11, it will increase the power of each touch from 800-ish to 1400-ish.
I feel really dumb for not knowing that.

Thirdly, you missed Ingen2 (please visit this thread to find out why we need to use Ingen2: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...rk-Rotation%29)
Normally I do use Great strides and Ingen2 this was just me pooping the bed again.

I have never tried any of the specialist skill before. But I will read up about it more.

So using your and Kaurhz advice I have been able to make the Head, Body and legs of the Ala Mhigan gear in HQ starting with some HQ mats I managed to get it to 84% before finishing the craft.
