Squadron Command Missions and DC'ing

I've DC'd twice over the last couple of weeks and I'm not sure if these are bugs or just my ignorance.

1. When I log back in, the bar that shows "engage/disengage/?what is uhm ala?" is missing. The squadron still follows and I've completed the dungeon by just charging ahead and getting agro but some rooms I could not do that (squadron tank couldn't grab agro fast enough). Quitting is expensive - the squadron got no exp and the seals were lost.

So, is there a way to get that bar back?

2. The FC buffs are missing. The exp buff seems to be working in the squadron dungeons but when I come back from a DC the icons are missing from the screen. I'm fairly certain the exp was different (not 100% certain). Anyone else notice this? Is it a bug?

FC buffs are applied when logging on in the overworld, as that's where you're still affiliated to an FC.

If you get DC'd inside a dungeon and log back in, it'll log you right back into the dungeon, and since you're technically not affiliated with an FC while in a dungeon (although FC chat still works).
Not really a bug, just kinda how their servers work.

No idea about the squadron part though.

I accidentally clicked off that bar once. You can re-enable it or put the 3 commands on your regular hotbar trough the commands/actions menu. Can't remember what it's specific name was, but it's in the middle of the list on the left, and also contains the stances for your Chocobo companion
