Suggested changes to Borderland Ruins (Secure)

1. Shatter has it
2. spawns randomly around the map
3. small drones spawn all over the map
4. Reduce the time limit to the same as Shatter.

I want PvP, not PvE.

Add BattleHigh&Fever, but reduce the bonus from it. 40% more damage is too powerful with the pvp revamp we got. It is much easier to set up a burst because you don't need to prepare for it with all these raw potency skills.

Time limit has never been an issue. We need to increase it to make this system less sexy for all you boters that are just trying to get more work out of your bot!
