How to build a good FC (looking for tips)

Hey, i started an fc around 3 years ago.

You need a good base to start, see if you can interest friends. If you recruit do not blind invite and do it when you have a few players on so a new person does not assume "its dead"

In the long run you want to establish a way for players to bond, we share our stuff on twitter and talk on discord

Consider doing events, we regularly have glamour contests and quiz nights for players who are not interested in farming

Be neutral as a leader and get rid of your emotion if you need to take action, talktp both sides if theres a problem. In those 3 years i kicked 2 players

Beware of your ranks and what they can do with their rights. We got robbed once and it was quite sad because i trusted all, we filled the chest items back in like half an hour. Gil should be only available to leader for fc stuff it is not your money

Connect and bond with others fcs and create pacts and see if you can join up on events if you cant fill the party alone

This is the single biggest thing that will help the FC grow. I had all the other things when I made my FC, except this one. My fc was 3 people and it made the FC seem "dead" as apposed to young. As a result we got maybe 8 players that quickly turned tail because of this assumption. The FC went belly up and I left the carcass (and all the Gil I sunk into it) to rot. Ive since joined another FC, but I regret mine was doomed.
