Haven't been able to find anywhere in downstairs that you can, because currently it requires windows or doors or 'hidden' doors like in the back of the main floor where an FC door would be enabled. If someone finds a way, I'd love it.
Thanks, btw, where's the 'hidden' door on the 1st floor you mentioned? does this apply to small houses?
It's where the workshop door is in an fc house. It still exists in personal houses, just invisible and disabled.
Is it possible to put a hot tub on the stage? If not, can I use the floating glitch to get it on there and then get rid of the stage? Sort of like how you can put tabletop items in places they wouldn't normally go. Basically I want a raised hot tub.
you might be able to glitch the tub onto the stage by using the loft glitch except on the little ledge above the floor instead of on the windows (it's a lot easier), however the tub will be halfway stuck in the wall.
I can't make the loft glitch work for me to save my life! I have the mist mansion but it just doesn't seem to work... Also i wonder if there's any way to make a loft in the basement where there's no windows...
Do these glitches still work? I am trying to do a loft and trying to put an aquarium on a shelf whith no succes. Any advise?
Yes, we just added a loft to our FC house in the Goblet. You do need to make sure it's on a floor with the appropriate glitched areas, like the top 1-2 floors, etc., however. There are some videos in here that explain it; it can take a lot of finagling, especially depending on what housing district you're in/house styles.
I think my problem is that I have the castle skin. I read you cant do it with that one.![]()
You can - I managed it for my personal house - but it's a lot trickier. It took me a lot more tries than it did in our Goblet FC house. I'm not sure where your house is, but I suggest taking the skin off for now - you can swap it in 'remodel exterior' - trade it in for one of the 'arms/eatery' etc skins, since they're quick and cheap (they're like 3k on the mb on Exodus). Otherwise, you'll need to have all of the materials to 'create' the house (windows, roof, etc). Not hard to get, but more troublesome than a skin.
